Perfect Portal Wins Innovation of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards

Perfect Portal was announced as the winner of Innovation of the Year at the British Conveyancing Awards 2022. The company was praised for its cutting-edge digital TA6 Part 1 form, VOF, VOI, and e-signature allowing clients to complete an integral part of the transaction more quickly and efficiently than ever before.

The digital TA6 Part 1, which includes key questions across utilities, flooding, compliance and more, allows law firms to collect data through their own app, pre-populate the entire TA6 form and the subsequent sale contract to significantly reduce drop-off rates. This innovation revolutionises what was once a very tedious and time-consuming area of the transaction process.
